These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ARVOB Digital website and services. By engaging us, you agree to these Terms.

Services

ARVOB Digital provides website design, hosting, SEO, and marketing services under the packages described on our Pricing page. Deliverables and inclusions for your plan are set out in your service agreement.

Fees and billing

All fees are in Australian dollars and include GST. Setup fees are payable before work commences. Monthly fees are billed in advance. An initial term of three months applies, after which the agreement continues month-to-month and either party may cancel with 30 days' notice.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, review drafts within a reasonable time, and hold the rights to any content or materials you supply.

Ownership

On full payment of applicable fees, you own the final website content and design produced for your business. We retain rights to our underlying tools, frameworks and templates.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the fees you have paid us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia.
