Privacy Policy

ARVOB Digital ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). This page explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and your choices.

What data we collect

• Business name, ABN, contact name, email, phone, business address.
• Website and brand assets you upload (logos, colours, existing copy).
• Service descriptions and photos uploaded through the intake wizard.
• Project brief answers you provide in the portal.
• Data from marketing accounts you connect via OAuth (Google, Meta) — only for accounts you explicitly authorise.
• Standard analytics and usage data (pages visited, device type, IP address).

How we collect it

We collect information through the account registration form, the intake wizard inside the client portal, connected marketing accounts (only after you complete an OAuth consent step for each provider), and standard first-party analytics on our website.

How we use it

• Generating and operating your website, landing pages and marketing campaigns.
• Reporting on campaign performance, booked jobs and cost per booked job.
• Billing, invoicing and payment processing.
• Client support and service-related communications.

Third-party AI providers and data sharing

To generate your website and marketing content we use third-party AI services. We share data with the following providers, by name and category:

• Anthropic (AI content and site generation) — receives your business details and brief answers only to produce your deliverables.
• OpenAI (AI content and site generation) — receives your business details and brief answers only to produce your deliverables.
• Stripe (billing and payment processing) — receives billing details required to process your subscription.
• Supabase (hosting and database) — hosts your account data and portal content.
• Google and Meta (advertising platforms) — receive only campaign data for the ad accounts you connect via OAuth.

Personal data is only sent to AI providers for the purpose of generating your deliverables. These providers are contractually bound to equivalent privacy protections and do not use your content to train public models. We do not sell your personal data.

We ask for your permission in the app before any of your information is sent to an AI service. You will see a clear consent screen that lists exactly what will be sent and to whom, and you can decline without penalty.

Storage, security and retention

Your data is stored on reputable cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. We take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification and disclosure. We retain your data for the duration of your engagement with us and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal and tax obligations. You can request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@arvob.com.

Your rights (APP 1, 6, 8)

Under the Australian Privacy Principles you have the right to access and correct your personal information, and to know how it is handled and disclosed (including to overseas recipients such as our AI providers). To exercise these rights, email privacy@arvob.com. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
